Role: Lead Designer

Overview: Orchestrated the design and execution of marketing materials to promote events celebrating the "Loving Vincent" film, made entirely with Van Gogh paints. This project involved creating a detailed brochure and customizable flyers aimed at engaging art material retailers.
Objective: To entice retailers to host promotional events, leveraging the movie's release to boost paint sales, with materials that detailed multiple partnership levels and benefits.
Challenges: Without specific brand guidelines from "Loving Vincent," I crafted materials that maintained the film’s fine art aesthetic and were adaptable for retailer use. The challenge was to balance the film's branding with the promotional needs of retailers, ensuring clarity and appeal in the call to action.
Impact: The quality and clarity of the promotional materials led to increased retailer participation and customer engagement, successfully expanding the program’s reach and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Design Elements: Emphasized a fine art aesthetic to echo the artistic style of the film. The materials featured a blend of classic and modern design elements to create an inviting and professional look for the event promotions.
“As a ‘Loving Vincent’ artist who participated in the event demos, I was thoroughly impressed by the effectiveness of the promotional materials designed by Anna. Her work not only captured the essence of the film and our artistry but also significantly contributed to the success of the events. The turnout was fantastic, and the sale of Van Gogh paints soared, thanks to the engaging and professionally crafted visuals.”
